SEK SB-7700 Joint Stabilizing Antifungal Sealer
Designed to help inhibit the growth of mold, moss, and algae
SB-7700 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a water-based, single component, self-crosslinking acrylic co-polymer sealer and joint sand stabilizer with outstanding durability. SB-7700 is specially formulated with an antifungal designed to help inhibit the growth of mold, moss, and algae on the sealer film when applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces. This product can be used inside and outside, on old and new pavements, sealing the surface and stabilizing joint sand at the same time. It can be applied immediately after paver installation, as it is breathable and will not trap the naturally occurring efflorescence. SB-7700 will also protect the surface from salts, acids, and other corrosive chemicals as well as help to provide easier maintenance and minimize overall surface weathering and deterioration. SB-7700 is non-hazardous and exceeds all VOC/EPA standards. SB-7700 has the consistency of water and is milky white in appearance when applied and then dries clear, creating an enhanced look with a gloss finish. SB-7700 is a single application product. Cured sealer is freeze resistant to -60°F (-51°C) and is stable up to a temperature of 180°F (82°C).
NOTE: SB-7700 is water-based and therefore is susceptible to hazing in areas that receive constant water intrusions such as drip edges, areas covered by sprinklers and pool decks.
NOTICE: Due to the moisture that we get here in the PNW, we do not recommend sealing at all from mid-September to mid-May. It is absolutely crucial that the pavers and the joint sand are completely dry before any sealing is done. Check out a dryness test here.

Do you deliver? If so, how does it work?
Absolutely. Unless you’re installing a fire pit kit or building a stone grill surround, you’ll likely need the assistance of a 48-foot flatbed semi-truck with a carry-on forklift. Before we deliver, we’ll always verify that we can access the drop site. We’ll need enough room to turn a large truck around along with 15 feet vertical clearance above any trees or carports.
How much does a pallet of stones weigh?
A pallet of stones weighs about 3,000 pounds, the same as a Ford Focus. That’s a ton and a half of concrete blocks! Each pallet contains about 100 square feet of stones. If you want to know approximately how many pallets you’ll need for your project, divide your total square footage by 100.
If I have extra stones, can I return them?
There’s nothing worse than being stuck with something you don’t need. That’s why we’ve always let our customers return extra stones in like-new condition for a full refund. It’s industry standard to charge a per-stone restocking fee for any returned items, but since it’s challenging to deliver the precise amount of stones for a project, we don’t charge any extra fees.
Do I have to return the pallets my pavers arrive on?
No, you don’t have to return the pallets. However, just like glass milk jars, we charge a $20–30 deposit for each pallet delivered.
